As if you need a reason to drink on the weekend… We’re wishing a happy birthday to the inspiration behind our tropical-themed bar, the inspiring author, Ernest Hemingway. 📚

Come celebrate his legacy with us on Friday, July 21st. As Pilar is named after Ernest Hemingway’s fishing boat, we wouldn’t be here without the Old Man and The Sea. 🌊

We’ll have half-price drafts, half-price wells, and $5 6-oz. pours of Proverb Rosé from 4pm - 7pm and an Ernest Hemingway favorite, half-price daiquiris from open to close. 🏝
